A "workshop" on KEEPING YOUR BALANCE.

The session will start at 6:30 P.M. out at HomeBase (Portable). We will introduce you to a number of exercises and routines you can do on a regular basis in your own home, without having to purchase lots of equipment and/or supplies. Staying physically fit and healthy is a high priority AND the journey can be enjoyable too.
