Share your heart for the area of ministry you are currently leading?

My heart for the men's ministry (Men of Valor) I currently lead is to equip and encourage God's people to discover, develop, and faithfully use the gifts He has entrusted to them. Ephesians 4:12 reminds us that ministry is not simply about doing the work ourselves, but about "equipping the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ."

With that in mind, my desire is to create an environment where people are growing in their relationship with Christ, serving according to their God-given calling, and becoming confident participants in the mission of the church. Success is not measured merely by programs or activities, but by seeing believers mature in their faith, actively serve others, and contribute to the unity and health of the body of Christ.

I am passionate about investing in people, helping them recognize their potential in Christ, and providing opportunities for them to grow, lead, and make disciples. My prayer is that through the MOV ministry, individuals are strengthened in their faith and the church is built up to reflect Christ more fully in our community and beyond.

How long have you been at Abundant Life?

My wife Michelle and I have been attending for 14 years.

Tell us a little about your family...

Michelle and I have 3 adult Children: Seth, Michaella, and Lucas. I'm the oldest of 3. I have 2 younger brothers. One brother is 6.5 years younger, and the other is 17 years younger. My parents are retired and live in Richland, WA. Michelle has an older sister who lives in Arizona.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about family. Family is where I find purpose, joy, and the greatest opportunities to serve others. I believe strong families are built through love, faith, encouragement, and intentional investment in one another. Whether at home or within the church family, I am passionate about helping people grow, stay connected, and support one another through every season of life.

Share some fun information with us...

I love to play Pickleball, golf, and cruise down the road on my Indian motorcycle. I do like a good home project, but most take longer than expected.
